Hi, we're Jesse and JT Nicasio, the brothers behind STR Super VA. Before we ever thought about starting this company, we were already deep in the short-term rental world.

Our real estate journey began in 2011 with fix-and-flips, wholesaling, and acquiring properties for long-term rental. But when we discovered short-term rentals, everything changed. In less than 3 years, we grew our portfolio to over 100 Airbnbs—owned and managed.

A key driver of our rapid growth has been our exceptional team, thanks to our experience with hiring the right people throughout our entrepreneurial journey. We realized that this was our superpower-hiring, managing and providing high-level team members.
